Frequently asked questions regarding your visit to the
Comfort Inn & Suites
1.) One Night of Parking at the hotel is
included per Guest Room Booked. If additional
nights of parking is required you will need to book one of our
3 Park, Stay and Fly Packages available. We are
not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items from the
hotel or to your car. We offer complimentary security lock
boxes at our front desk for any valuables. We recommend you do
not leave any valuable items in your car or guest room.

2.) Valid License (Picture ID) and Credit or
Debit Card is required upon check in
3.) A $50.00 Hold for Incidentals is placed on your
credit/debit card upon check in. If using a Debit Card please
allow up to 15 days for the hold to be released after check
out
4.) We do accept Cash Payments for Room and Tax
however, a Valid Credit Card is Required for Incidentals
5.) We are 100% Smoke Free. Smoking in any of our guest
rooms will result in a $150.00 Non-Refundable Fee. The
hotel has a dedicated outdoor smoking area available
6.) You must be 18 Years of Age or accompanied by an
adult to register at our hotel
7.) We have a 24-hour Shuttle Service to and from
Boston Logan International Airport and T-Station that leaves
the hotel every half hour.
For pick ups from Boston Logan International Airport or
T-Station you will need to call the hotel directly at
781-485-3600. Please allow 20 minutes for pick up. We do not
make regular stops at each terminal or T-station for pick ups
8.) A valid parking pass is required to park at the
Comfort Inn & Suites. You are responsible to place the parking
pass on the (inside) drivers side wind shield. We make regular
rounds of our parking lot. Cars without valid parking
passes will be towed at the car owners expense.
